PreRound
| - The PreRound is
completely different between both Games. - There are 4 Rows of offered Private Companies, Vorpreußische Eisenbahnen and Company Stock. These are offered to the players after another. - Beginning with 1. Row and the leftmost Company of the 2. Row the current Player may choose to buy the offered ones or pass. - A player passing is out of the PreRound. - After a complete Row is bought the naxt Row will be completely available. - If only one item is left in a row the leftmost item in the next row is also made available. - PreRound ends when all Items are sold or all Players pass. |
Private Companies and
Vorpreußische Eisenbahnen
| - PC's or VP's are bought by
players at the
beginning of the Game. - Each Private Company has a per Round income and special abilities (Special abilities may be used on the "Company" page when logged in). - PC's or VP's can never be sold to another Player or to other Companies. - PC's are closed when first 5 Train is bought. - VP's can build Tracks and buy Trains. They earn money as the Stock Companies except that the money will be divided equaly to the VP and the owning Player - VP's can be exchanged for Stocks of the Preußen when the Preußen is started (Out of the Berlin-Potsdam VP). They must be exchanged when the first 5 Train is bought - VP's only have one Railhead which is marked with the corresponding number. - When a VP is exchanged for a Preußen Share the VP's Trains and Money is transfered to the Preußen. Railheads are exchanged with Preußen Railheads (except second Berlin) |
Stock Round
| - A Company gets Active when at least 50% of Stock are Sold. The
Company gets only these 50% as Capital. When other Stocks are bought
the Company gets this money. - Certificates can be bought ether von the BankPool (Where all sold Shares are) or from the Bank. The Bank only sells Stock in Packages. If one is Empty the next one is available. 1. PrePhase Items if not all were sold 2. Bayer and Sachsen 3. Baden, Württemberg, Hessen (and Preußen) 4. Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Oldenburg - Availability begins with the Leftmost Company. If it gets Active the next one can be bought too. - Preußen Stock can be bought when the Baden Director Cetrificate has ben sold. These Share has no worth as long as the Preußen is not founded. - Prices for the Initial Shares are fixed (MS,OL = 80M / BA,WT,HE = 84M / SX = 88M / BY = 92M / PR = 154M). - No player may hold more than the shown number of certificates (These are other numbers than 1830). - A player may hold as many Shares from a company as he likes. 1. When owning more than 50% the player may force another player to sell him a Certificate (Nationalization) for 150% the current value. 2. When a player ownes at least 80% from a company the certificate limit is raise by one. - Selling Shares to the bank reduces the market price by one step down regardless of the amount of Share sold. - There are different Shares in the game (20%(P), 20%, 10%, 5%). The Order of Shares can be seen in Stockmarket Page. Whenever there is a question of rounding it is up-round |
Railroad Operations
| - The Operational Order is
VP before Stock Companies - The President may place a YELLOW tile or replace a YELLOW by a GREEN tile or a GREEN tile by a BROWN tile. It is not possible to directly place green or brown tiles. - The Stockcompanies may place up to two tiles until first 3 Train is bought. - The Map has Towns and Cities as normal, but adds greater Citys marked by a 'Y'. These towns earn more money than normal cities. - A Normal Train (X Train) may operate on a Route with X Towns, cities or greater Cities. A X+Y Train may operate on X Towns, cities or greater Cities AND on Y Towns. - When place a tile on a mountain or on a river the company must pay 70M (50M) for it (Set the corresponding Checkbox). - Special Tiles are XX for double Cities, B for Berlin and HH for Hamburg - The red FarAway regions have three Values regarding the three available tile colors. - Trains may be sold between companies after the first 3 Train has been sold. - The First Railhead is free to place, each other Railhead costs 20 times the shortest range between Starting City and the new Railhead in Mark. |
